Horrible service!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! we went to the Wedding shoppe to get all 7 of my Bridesmaids dresses on January 13th which was a complete nightmare. I had a scheduled appointment but when we got there, we waiting like 30- 45 minutes past our scheduled time and I had to constantly check at the front desk to see if someone could help us then finally someone came and her excuse was they were too busy. I was so shocked that they carried sample sizes that fit me! I never once felt out of place in this shop, as can sometimes happen when you’re a curvy bride. Gretchen was AWESOME! We found that we were crazy similar, and she was so sweet throughout the appointment. I liked that the Wedding Shoppe is efficient- there’s not any dawdling. However, I never felt rushed. This is the worst place to go for a dress! We had someone sizes us, everyone dress came back to small! What was the point of having us come in to get measure? We could have ordered on Amazon and got better service than this place!!! All they can say is sorry! This is my friend wedding! I don't want to give you one star! Again worse place ever! You will find out once you get your dresses
I had an excellent experience while wedding dress shopping. The consultant was open to my ideas and super helpful.
This was the second place I went to try on dresses. I was feeling a little bit discouraged when I got there. My consultant was Amber and she was fantastic. She picked out some amazing dresses that fit my style. I ended up with the perfect dress.(my mom and I both bawled our eyes out) It was the perfect experience. Thank you!!!
I had great service at the wedding shop and found the dress of my dreams!! I will say when looking for bridesmaids dresses you should definitely make an appointment during the weekday if you can as weekends get crazy and you don’t always get the attention that you will probably want with the person you’re working with as they are working with more than one person.
I went to your store to look at bridesmaid dress colors with my fiancé and the lady that was helping us brought over coral when I asked for orange and was told you did not have much that came in orange. I was not happy because someone told me you had lots of orange dress. I will not be going back to the Wedding Shope.
Went today to get my dress along with my bridesmaid dresses. Caitlin was my consultant and she was excellent!! Took my likes and dislikes highly into consideration and found me my DREAM dress, without having to pay an arm and a leg for! Would absolutely recommend anyone to the wedding shoppe! �
