Amazing experience again. I picked up my dress yesterday and also bought my headpiece for to attach my Moms veil to. My dress fit perfectly thanks to Eliza's attention to detail and Willow was such a sweetheart. She made the whole afternoon smooth and pleasant. I didn't want to take my dress off... I felt so beautiful and loved it even more than when I said yes to it. I recommend The Wedding Shoppe to every bride!!!
I've had many experiences at The Wedding Shoppe and they've all been great! From getting my bridal gown, bridesmaid dresses, to working with them on a few photo shoots recently, it's been fantastic. I’ve been a customer of the Wedding Shoppe for a number of years now. I found my wedding dress here five years ago, along with other dresses for special occasions over the years. Recently, I was here trying on bridesmaids dresses. It was a great experience because the gal I worked with was so helpful and really took the stress out of trying to find the perfect dress. If I didn't already purchase my dress from here I would have been long gone! The girls helping you find a dress are great. It's the costumer service AFTER you buy your dress that is horrible! Dress was picked up in February and I'm STILL waiting for the rest of my dress since they didn't order it correctly. I've left 3 messages with NO call back and when I called to speak to a manager I was told "I don't know if I can find one". I never wanted to be this bride but they have made me this way! I have had this appointment booked for about 2 months, after booking I started reading reviews and got worried because there isn’t very good reviews that are RECENT.. so I went in this morning with an open mind looking for THAT Perfect wedding dress.
