Excelent service
We purchased 75 navy tablecloths. When our staff picked them up and opened the boxes, it was immediately apparent that the linens were royal blue, not navy. We contacted the office to resolve the issue, but the manager showed no interest in correcting the mistake. He sent a photo comparison of navy and royal blue, which clearly confirmed that we had been given royal blue. (In the photo, navy is on the left and royal blue on the right.
