The staff were so kind and graciously held our items until we were able to pickup on Saturday. They even honored the discount that we had been offered online. Would recommend them to anyone in the DFW needing linens!
Great service and experience here
Awesome customer service. Great affordable prices.. .Britney was so nice and helpful.
We had such a disappointing experience here and highly recommend you find somewhere else! Horrible customer service.
Poor business. I would not recommend them. The employee who helped us seemed unsure about the products and sold us the wrong color and stitching. We were also not allowed to open the items to inspect them before leaving. When we discovered the mistake and returned, she was rude and even whispered to her coworkers while we were standing there, which felt very unprofessional and disrespectful. Overall, it was a frustrating experience with poor customer service.
