I was very unhappy with my experience here. They took my measurements and ordered my dress. I went with the dress size they recommended, the dress came and would not zip, but my measurements were the exact same. They would not correct the situation, wanted me to come in and pay to have altered. For as much as that dress was the correct size should have been ordered. It’s much cheaper to take away material than to add it.

I found a dress out of town that I fell in love with. Whole trying to decide between two dresses, I called to see if they could squeeze me in to try on this one dress. They were willing to as long as I paid a $50 consultant fee if I didn’t purchase the dress for them. I get this Is a business and people want to make money, but i feel like they could have been more understanding and accommodating as I was trying to find my perfect dress. Everything about this place is so wonderful and sweet. It is a beautiful boutique. Picking out my dress was a dream. I felt like I was at the famous Kleinfeilds. I went back in today to talk about alterations and pick a veil and Judy (alternations) was so sweet and had a great bubbly personality. Also Taylor was the consultant who helped me say yes to my dress and Brittany helped me pick out a veil today and both have such kind spirits and are genuinely excited for their bride to bes. My daughter’s wedding was this past weekend. She looked stunning in the dress we bought here. The dress was beautiful and unique. When the wedding photographer - who sees lots of dresses - gushes about your dress, you know the dress is special. The whole shopping experience was perfect in this unique boutique.
