Very, very pleasant experience. Marco (the owner) was very responsive, responding very, very quickly and late at night. He was very accomodating and patient with us making decisions, even if they took long. He brought us 3 beautiful dresses to try on, at a convient time for us and waited patiently as we tried and evaluated, before choosing one. My best friend rented from this company and I was surprised at how affordable you can rent a wedding dress for. My other friends have spent spend thousands of dollars buying a dress but the dress my best friend picked was only a couple hundred to rent. Would def choose from them if I ever wanted a dress!
I couldn't find any bridal stores in the bay area except for this one online store. They made things really convenient for my busy schedule and shipped the dresses I was interested in directly to my home. Their online collection is amazing and it was kinda hard to choose the one since they are all so pretty. I ended up picking two in case one of them didn't fit and my best friend even came over to help me pick! I have to say the customer service was really great. I had a ton of questions regarding the rental process - especially the logistics and the representative was really patient and thorough in answering my questions. We waited to long in the process of renting a wedding dress so in the end we couldn’t rent from WFR but highly recommend giving them a try. I also realized a lot of my questions were answered on their website and FAQ
