I came into Wedding Day Diamonds with a gold + diamond necklace that had a couple of tricky knots. They told me they will need to send it to their jeweler to get them out for $20, but a few days later I got a text saying someone was able to untangle it themselves — at no charge! Huge thanks to Christine who helped me and her coworker (I didn’t catch her name) who took the time to get the tangles out herself. Such great service and super kind staff!

The customer service was great. Christine was on point. Had answers to all our questions, made us aware of differences between rings. They had a lot of options to choose from as well. Would highly recommend check this location out if you are on the area.
