VERY DISPLEASED..to start off the directions i printed off the internet from their website were wrong and sent me to the other side of McHenry. I had an appointment and had never been there before. I was greeted but was not serviced at all with the exception of the" final zip up" probably not to ruin the zipper on the dress i assume. The florist seems awesome! The invitation lady seems to only pretend she cares. If she determines that she is not making enough off of you, she completely ignores you and does not return calls. Did not get to talk to photographer. Not even close to what their website says they are. Their site makes it seem like they are a huge center with tons of options. THEY ARE NOT!

Im glad I checked out this place for myself. They practically have everything except for rentals. The bridal boutique has two rooms full of gowns and bridesmaids dresses. They have all the latest styles and I couldnt make my mind between 3 gowns I just loved. The service is very personable and friendly. They also have a wonderful collection of veils and tiaras. HORRIBLE!! I never go back to this place again! I was a bridesmaid in a wedding and the customer service was terrible after they took my money. They lure you in by being really nice and personable. After they take your money you are a pain to them and make you feel small. I was treated horribly when I went to pick up my dress that cost way too much money but I got off better than one of the other bridesmaids whos order was messed up and who found that other people had tried on the dress that was specially ordered and paid fo... read more
