We have worked with these folks and have nothing but great things to say! I have found that they are excellent people, work hard and do great work. When I contacted them, they were responsive and I enjoyed our interactions.

I contacted Rooter Rooter (RR) to install a sump pump in my basement. I told them that it needed to be completed within a 3 Day time frame & I was told that a sump pump should only take a day. I scheduled the appointment & was ready and waiting when the RR employee arrived. The RR employee was a young plumber who made a lot of promises on how the work would be done. Unfortunately, we had a tech that had a family emergency and could not finish the job that day, we needed to rearrange customers to provide you with the best service possible. We agreed to the job on 7/13/23 the day of the estimate given. We had a hole for the sump pump prepped on 7/15/23 and completed the job 7/18/23 when the ground was ready. This Franchisee hides behind the "Roto-Rooter" Brand. We had to replace a sewer line that "bellied" under our finished basement. They quoted us specific work that needed to be done, i.e... removing 90 Sq. Feet of concrete, replacing the 30' line itself and back filling under the pipe to correct the grade. After the contract was signed for $15,000 they did half of what was quoted but expected full price. I have two bathrooms in my house. Both toilets were out of commission. Austin came on time and had them fixed in no time flat, charging a most agreeable service fee. He was such a nice young man. It was truly a pleasure to have been assigned to fix my problems. The office customer service was great too. Should I have any plumbing problems in the future, I will be calling Roto Rooter in West Columbia. The whole experience went just GREAT!!
