WeCo Rooter has our business forever more! We scheduled an appointment to do some work in our shower after moving to our new home. They were professional, timely and educated us on how they planned to do the work prior to starting. Once they finished, the technicians cleaned up the work area prior to leaving and made sure I understood what they had done and how my newly added shower head worked. They also listened to my concerns and answered my questions patiently. Great value and team!

During our move to Lexington, Sc, our home needed some modifications, WeCo Rooter came out on a Sunday to install my much needed ADA toilet. They removed the old toilet and performed a turn key service. Many thanks to John and Lacey for the personal touch!

I contacted Rooter Rooter (RR) to install a sump pump in my basement. I told them that it needed to be completed within a 3 Day time frame & I was told that a sump pump should only take a day. I scheduled the appointment & was ready and waiting when the RR employee arrived. The RR employee was a young plumber who made a lot of promises on how the work would be done. Unfortunately, we had a tech that had a family emergency and could not finish the job that day, we needed to rearrange customers to provide you with the best service possible. We agreed to the job on 7/13/23 the day of the estimate given. We had a hole for the sump pump prepped on 7/15/23 and completed the job 7/18/23 when the ground was ready.
