It was essentially an extremely time-sensitive repair on a Saturday. It turned out one of the two bolts that hold the drivers side window to the mechanism had broken and the window was stuck down. They stuck around after opening hours when they were able to get to it and fixed the window. Very impressed with their willingness to help and professional service.
They ran a diagnostic on my truck for a fraction of what the dealership charges. They cleared the hidden codes and now it runs like new. I wish i could give them 6 stars.
