I was very satisfied with the way the selling of my 2009 Mini Cooper went. I was mostly discussing with L T and he was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the car. He took countless pictures of every contour of the car. Top up, top down, motor: nothing was left unchecked. Which made me happy since the car was in very decent condition . Very professional, good with explanations. Overall very satisfactory.
