The process was quick easy and painless… Josh was very knowledgeable in the car industry which also helped a ton!
I went to the Toms R**** office on Rt 9. I dealt with manager Paul V******. We sat down and I was surprised to find the truck had been involved in two accidents. When he did the paint evaluation the numbers were all over the place, but instead of the obligatory 'oh that's not good' he told me they did a heck of a job on the paint. I went to the Springfield office and Khamara couldn’t have been nicer. It’s not easy to sell a car but she made the experience very easy. I am very happy I decided to go there. Got a great offer. Probably more than I would have received by selling it another way. Would recommend going there if you are selling your car.
