Benson, at the Columbus East location, was very helpful throughout the process. There were several hiccups throughout the way, that had nothing to do with him, and he made sure that we were taken care of. Even though it was a long process, we got everything taken care of the correct way. I will say the people who work at the corporate location, or whoever you guys go through to get things approved, should take the people who are selling the car into consideration more. Definitely exceed my expectations. Mr. Glass was friendly, open to questions (and no questions too stupid) very explanatory of the process and the inspection. Process was all transparent, no attempts to exclude me from any part of this. I went in with a notion of what I thought a fair price would be, and that was the amount offered to me. So very happy with the positive experience and the outcome. This location went above and beyond, and has gained a new trusting customer.

This was my wife and I first experience with ****************and much to our delight Craig, Asst Area Manager of the Shaler, PA location was as kind and professional as could be. He totally made us feel at ease and explained the process to us each step of the way. The process was very smooth and the price offered was very reasonable. As others have stated the paperwork aspect of the transaction was time consuming but to be expected because of all the necessary legal signings.
