Kenneth (Frederick, MD location) was very easy to deal with and provided sensible answers to every question I asked. The experience was as expected. Start to finish it took an an hour and I was satisfied with the result.
I had several online quotes from other companies and "We buy any car" was the highest. I was pleasantly surprised to discover they honored their quote after the in person inspection. Thomas H***** was professional, friendly and informative during the inspection. The paperwork took about an hour and I left with a check!
The agent we worked with extremely informative as well as polite. She did her best to make sure that we were able to get the most for our vehicle. She didn’t sugarcoat anything, she was very honest and upfront with us. We really appreciate all the help she gave us.
