Went online and made an appointment with Cristina at the Port St Lucie branch to sell my car because we are moving back to WI and we did not want to trailer a second car. We got to the office, Cristina started all the paper work, went and check out the car, we signed the paper work, she cut us a check and we were done. Cristina was a real pleasure to work with. Met Bob the manager at site location. He was very professional and friendly. He did a thorough evaluation inspecting my Chevy Tahoe. He explained the process and how they came up with the amount for the value of my Tahoe. I did not commit on that day but returned 2 days later to finalize the deal. One of his regional managers named Glen was there as well and they both did a great job with the process
