The website valued the car at one price and when we got to the dealer they decided to not give us what the website valued it at. They cut it in half and pointed out minor things to justify it.
Service was immediate (we were early for our appointment), professional and very pleasant. Probably no one really gets what they would like for their sale, but we appreciate the attempts to get as close to what we asked for. Luis was great, very amiable and we had a few laughs in the bargain. The process was painless and everyone we met was great. Thank you.

absolute BAIT AND SWITCH!!!!!!!! online value is under market value but ok if you just don't wont to deal with trying to sell it your self. Evaluator admitted it was in good mechanical shape. Then offered half the on line offer. The offer was refused for absolutely wasting my time!!!! Then when I got home the online had been changed to $100 (far less then scrap value just so they can claim no scam). AVOID THIS BISINESS LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
