Fair pricing, Jerry is great! Had my money in less than a hour.
Actual offer was not even close to the online offer. Tried to discount due to being a government car! If anything they should have offered more knowing it was taken care of. No reason given for the other $2000 discount they were trying to get. It was so like going to a dealership and have them try to steal your car.
First class service and on personal level as well. I would do business with them again. Aaron H***** Branch Manager was superb and other employee as well.. Answered every question to my satisfaction, explained everything clearly, whole process was quick.

Joshua did a great job. However, the actual offer was much lower than what I got online. I had to negotiate for more, but still did not get the initial online offer. Would I have gotten more elsewere? I don't know.
