Bait and Switch!!! I have a 2002 Highlander that is a drivable car. I accurately represented the condition of the car on the website, and was given an estimate of $2490. When I took the car to the local office, the actual offer was $1100. Huge waste of my time! Unless you would like a similar experience, I would not recommend this organization.
Sheldon was the bomb! Right off the bat, he was welcoming & soooo friendly! He made conversation the entire time. The entire process was super easy! The offer for my vehicle was $2500 over the dealer’s offer. I highly recommend webuyanycar.com! And Sheldon was the BEST!
Mark was very nice and patient through the process. We had the full sha-bang.. a lien, an out of state (and expired registration and tags), but he was thorough and saw it through til the check was cut! Would highly recommend to anyone.

The web was not a good experience. The web estimate was 600% higher than the initial on site offer. After some negotiating I was able to get almost 2/3rds of the web site offer. The location was not easy to find. No signage to identify they where in the back of the building. Had to jump thru some extra hoops due to the offsite document review. I will not use them again. The Branch Manager was nice and pleasant. Even he was frustrated with offsite doc reviewer.
