Craig @ the Dayton ohio location was a pleasure to deal with. He explained the process all the way through. He explained what he was checking for with different tools etc. He worked with me to get a fair value on my vehicle. He is honest and upfront, seems to be a good guy. Nice change in the car sales industry.
