The agent we worked with extremely informative as well as polite. She did her best to make sure that we were able to get the most for our vehicle. She didn’t sugarcoat anything, she was very honest and upfront with us. We really appreciate all the help she gave us.

Benson, at the Columbus East location, was very helpful throughout the process. There were several hiccups throughout the way, that had nothing to do with him, and he made sure that we were taken care of. Even though it was a long process, we got everything taken care of the correct way. I will say the people who work at the corporate location, or whoever you guys go through to get things approved, should take the people who are selling the car into consideration more.
