Brandon and Brian were excellent. Brandon habndled the transaction with empathy efficiency and was continually informative. Brian was also extremely helpful. After this experience I decis=ded that there was no reason to go to the Kia agency which was ready to give me a quote. We went to see Benson at S. Hamilton in Columbus, Ohio. We were so nervous going in and could literally not have had a better experience. It was fast, easy, and fair. Benson was EXTREMELY friendly and made the entire process seamless from start to finish. He was such a great guy and would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone.
John at the St. Louis Airport location, was a great person to work with. He made the process extremely easy and got us more money then I was expecting. I would highly recommend them and will be sending a family member there soon
