Hector was a pleasure to work with and the process was straight forward and well organized. They will try to negotiate down from the initial value offer based on the inspection but I was able to get an acceptable price so was satisfied. Would recommend them for a quick and easy sale but don't expect to get as much as doing your own private sale.

The process was easy and relatively fast. I liked that a representative called me minutes after I scheduled my appointment online to let me know what to bring and what to expect. At the site, Dan was very friendly, explained the process and paperwork very clearly, and we felt no pressure at all. We thought the price offered for our car was fair and we were given our check on the spot.
The whole car-selling experience was quick and stress-free. Wilmington Branch Manager Khamara Doxie was very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend We Buy Any Car and this branch.

Stephen was professional, personable and knowledgeable. Without going into great detail, tho, he found a flaw which could conceivably amount to a safety issue at some future time, following which he spent considerable time lecturing on the scary scenarios that could develop out of that flaw. I got the feeling, however, that his goal was actually to keep the payout as low as possible.
