Made a deal to sell my car, signed over the title and cleared out my car. 15 minutes later getting ready for my ride home, they then said, actually we are going to take off $150 and won’t buy at the agreed deal. Was about to walk away when the manager decided to then go back to agree on the original deal after 20 minutes. Dishonorable to go back after shaking on a deal to get another $150 out of your customers.
I have now sold two cars at this location both with Stephen Dietrich being the employee helping us. I have to say I was skeptical going in the first time and Stephen changed all of that, he is extremely upfront and honest, talks you through the whole process and then really works with the company to negotiate the best price available for you. I felt so confident the first time that I came back with another car a couple years later. Would highly recommend coming to this Bala Cynwyd location and linking up with Stephen!
