Jordan was very helpful. He made the whole process very easy and quick. Explained everything I needed to know. He also gave me the best price of all the places I checked. I just lost my husband and have not done anything like this without him so it helped that Jordan explained everything.
We had a RAV4 and filled out the online questionnaire honestly. Year, Mileage, entered in details for body damage and mechanical issues. After you take the time to fill all that in it “computes” a value. $4800. We knew likely when we got there it may get adjusted. Had a great experience with Jordan. He explained the entire process, did a thorough assessment of my vehicle and we then received a fair price for it. We walked out with a check in hand. Jordan was friendly, knowledgeable and transparent. He also had a great sense of humor and made the process less stressful than I thought it would be. I would highly recommend using this service.
