I enjoy working with the innovative pro-press valves. Nibco/Webstone quality has been great for me. Would like to see some more Uponor/F1960 pex options.
Awful company to deal with. Same experience as other person. Had one of these that leaked within a couple of years. Was told to buy a new one and send this one in to be evaluated so I could get refunded for the fake lifetime warranty. They said it did leak but they couldn't determine it due to a manufacturing defect. The replacement one that I paid for and was never re-imbursed for started leaking as well. Absolutely terrible customer service experience. I had a ball valve on an isolation valve set fail within 4 years and they refuse to honor their warranty without removing it to send it back for inspection. They recommend I buy a new one before I remove the faulty unit. I will use their competitors valves instead.
