Apartment in general is nice, however, it is the loudest place I have ever lived. Nothing is done about disturbing noise from the floor squeaking absolutely everywhere in my unit combined with an extremely loud set of disrespectful upper neighbors have made for a very poor experience. I can hear all three S’s being done daily, topics of their conversations, arguments, squeaky couch and beds, and even the timer on the dryer in the other unit that’s how thin the walls are. Smokers are always smoking on the property, and they are loud and obnoxious every day.
Best apartment living in Gladstone. Neighbors are friendly, hard-working folks. Very clean. Made a repair request & had it fixed next day. So far, definitely 5 star
Great place to live. Very friendly manager and maintenance.. clean and well kept properties..
Is and has been a great place to live and within walking distance of the middle school easily, little bit further for the elementary and high school. My kids have done their middle school years here. Staff are responsive, friendly and work with you. Property is well maintained and clean. Pool and gym are added bonuses. Webster Ridge is great!
