I am very pleased with Dr Wenzel and his staff! He does excellent work with a minimum of discomfort. His staff is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this practice.
I recently moved to the St Louis area and broke a tooth before having my "new patient" visit with Dr. Wenzel. Dr Wenzel was able to quickly fit me into his schedule to start the crown procedure. Dr Wenzel's technique was efficient and gentle with no drama or intimidation. The front desk staff was friendly and warm. Dr Wenzel explains what needs to be done and always makes sure you are comfortable with the plan before proceeding. I’ve been very pleased with the quality of his work. The staff is wonderful as well.
I started spitting up pieces of filling on Saturday. I am not really sure when this was filled, since I haven't had a filling since I was 13, I am 75 now. Dr. Wenzel was kind enough to fit me in today, and cleaned and filled 2 fillings. I am ever so grateful for Dr. Wenzel fitting me in as I was starting to feel pain on that side of my face. Great to see familiar faces. After xrays and an assessment, I was given time to talk through short and long term options for my treatment. I was never pressurized by Dr Wenzel, but he explained possible treatments and although he had recommendations, he made it clear the choice was mine. I am glad I returned to this practice.
I love this practice so much, that I have stayed through deaths and buyouts for 70 years. They are always thorough and have I have managed to keep my teeth. I haven't had a cavity since I was 13 years old.
Had an appointment for cleaning which was very good. All personnel was very friendly, ready to answer any questions you may have, also scheduled my next appointment. I have been a patient for years.
The entire office performed beautifully, from Betty at the front desk to Leslie the hygienist to Dr. Wenzel. I enjoyed myself so much that I’m headed back tomorrow for a filling just for fun!
I have ignored seeing a dentist due to my fear of going. Recently I had a tooth that was bothering me and called Webster Grove Dental. From the front desk to dental care, my experience was exceptional. My new crown feels and looks great and I feel like I can begin to be a regular patient after the kindness, clarity, compassion and great care I got here!! Great staff and wonderful dentist!
