I saw Dr. Nelson. This was my first visit and he was very friendly and did a through exam and then explained my options. I will be going back to him.
From the moment i call to the moment i left, everyone was really helpful, friendly and professional.
Today my dental check up was great. My hygienist, Hollie, made every effort to make me feel safe and comfortable. She wore protective items that included a mask, lab coat and gloves. I never felt that my health was in jeopardy. When Dr. Nemenich came in to do the exam, he was also very professional and safety conscious. Thanks guys!!
Clean, professional, personable
Our whole family goes to Webster Dental now. Not only are they kind, but they are thorough and professional. We have gone to several practices and there’s always been something not quite right. We always walked out of other places not knowing if we could trust them. We’ve always felt confident with Webster. When my son complained of tooth pain, they got him in right away. We don’t have dental insurance, and the front desk is great to deal with. They really have it together, too.
Today my husband and I came for an annual visit. State Department of Health protocols were followed. We and all staff wore a mask, our temperature was taken as we entered the office and we were encouraged to wash hands using the hands-free sanitizer. We felt very safe and the hygienists did an excellent job explaining the new procedures to insure our safety. Thank you.
New to this dental office and the first time there was great the staff was super nice, super clean office, and made the process very easy. I have an upcoming appointment with them and they gave me a call before the procedure letting me know what my out of pocket cost will be after insurance covered some of the cost. Not many dental offices go out of their way to tell you the final cost beforehand so i really appreciated that and shows that they care about their patients.
