Didn't have a bad experience like other customers per se, but rather a bizarre one.. three two employees were like holding onto each like weirdos, as if the other person couldn't move out tally without the other.. very strange and inappropriate for a bank tbh..

Webster Bank has the most kind and caring employees. This post is from my 99 year old grandma who has been a customer over 20 years. All the staff is so welcoming and helpful. My great grandson also uses Webster since me having a Custodial Account with him. He is now 27! Their in house customer service is beyond any other bank around .
