It's hard to write a review on how you really feel when management treats you so good. They do go far and beyond to meet your every need. But for me, I still don't feel at home. It's dirty, and I mean the walk ways. The mulch turns them to mud when it rains. They never pressure wash them, and they should. The washer and dryer are ridiculous, and my counter tops are a dark, dark brown. You can't even tell if food is on them. The paint job was pathetic. Amazing
First management is outstanding. They really, really care about us. I don't care what problem you have, they will take care of it, and usually the very next day. Maintenance is out of this world. I hope you get to meet Ray. He is funny, kind, and he is the hardest working man I've seen. The apartments are huge for the price and they have kept them up to date. The grounds are so pretty. I just want to start off and say how amazing this place is. Yes, it’s in the middle of a not so nice area, but Kyra, Sarah, and Shafiq made us feel safe and at home. We’ve lived here for about a year and some change and sadly we are leaving because of deployment and pcsing. The apartments are spacious for an amazing price. I am very pleased with the office staff as well as the maintenance staff, any time I had a concern about my apartment they were attending to in a timely response.
Non smokers beware
This is a smoker friendly apartment complex (how is that even legal in this day and age idk) and the apartments aren't sealed well so if your neighbor smokes you will smell it. Nothing like having your family smell marijuana smoke and ask what is that they smell. Management and police are no help so only solution is to move or never move in the first place. Hopefully this helps someone else stay away.

Spacious
I have lived here for 3 years now and love it, I have no complaints, management is excellent and I love the fact that I can call in a repair and it's usually done by the time I'm home from work. Two and three bedrooms are great floor plans.
