In Ref to my recent Order #2025973, I have only had them one week - so far, so good. I have had problems in the past where they only last 2 - 2 1/2 week instead of a month, and need to be replaced because of tearing. I hoping these will be of better quality. As far as the comfort, these B&L Ultra are the most comfortable I've ever worn. I find the website easy to use when ordering. Web Eye care has exceptional service. It took only 6 days to get my contact lenses. Two of those days were a weekend and a hoiladay. I had a question about my order they responded back quickly and very professional. I was nervous about ordering from a discount online realtor. Web Eye Care is as good if not better then the Big Nationally Known Stores for a third of the price! I Will definitely order from them again. 2023151

With previous orders I would have hands down given 5 stars. However, with my latest order on 1/10/2020 it's 1 star. Not because it's a difficult site to order from. On the contrary it's really easy. My review is on customer service and following their own policies. I expected my order to ship on 1/13/2020 since I placed my order after 1 PM EST. Easy to order. Great prices. I have always had a great experience with WebEyeCare.
Your shipping just stinks. Bite the bullet and get it to me in minimum 4 days from time of order. In an age where everyone is used to two day shipping, two week shipping is just not cutting it. I'll try to get them through someone else next time if there is no improvement.
