Ordered contacts over 2 weeks ago. They charged ny card the day after I ordered. When I called this week they said they did not know what the problem was and could not tell me when they would arrive. They promised to call or email back that day...no response...called 2 more times during the week and they apologized and said they would call me back with info.. Still no info. Very disappointed. Order was processed quickly, they contacted my eye care provider to verify my prescription, and the shipment was correct and came quickly as well. Will definitely continue ordering from them as their prices are excellent.

I clicked on a $56 offer for dailies on Google but it is a classic bait and switch. They charge a $45 processing fee if you click that link. If you directly to the web site, They charge $92 for the same box of daily contacts but no processing fee. Their advertising is false and misleading.
Price was good. But still haven't received my left eye lenses. Ordered on 4/20 had to submit my prescription 2 times and once again in an email. Right eye shipped on 4/23 received 4/29. It is 5/04 today and I'm still waiting on left eye lenses to come in. Was supposed to get a confirmation email with tracking per my phone call over my missing lenses. Never received. Hopefully they show up soon. I'll probably never use again. But the price was right.
