They never answer their phone
Requested truck load from a previous order of 3/4" road gravel and received river stones. Remote mountain property and had no recourse for removal
Expensive and a lot of additional costs for delivery
I’ve gotten about 6 loads of stones from Weber over the past 2-3 years, each time receptionist is impossible to get ahold of, lags on returning calls, unhelpful, rude, unknowledgeable. Last time driver dumped entire load without spreading it and broke our driveway sign. With nobody else in Pagosa I’ve been calling to get a delivery for two weeks. Never once a return phone call. Decided to pay extra to have a load delivered from Durango. Sad that service and morale in town is so unattainable.
The woman on the phone is rude & unprofessional. This business does not seem to care about quality of service or it’s customers. Taking my business elsewhere.
