Kristie knows the industry! Her experience and knowledge was amazing! We did everything she told us to do with our house, with the exception of the sales price. She recommended a price, but my husband and I thought we could get more. The amount of "hits" was phenomenal, but along with that news was the down size...it had "few" lookers - the price was too high.
