HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, REFUSING TO PROVIDE BASIC FUNDAMENTAL INFORMATION ABOUT USED AND NEW CARS. I ASKED RECENTLY ABOUT HOW MANY MILES DOES A 2024 ******** ZR2 HAS ON IT. THEY REFUSE TO COOPERATE ANSWERING QUESTION(S).

Mr. ***** we appreciate your input but checking our records including phone recordings, we could not locate any recent contact by you to our dealership since February,2024. Please contact us with any questions you may have regarding our vehicles; we would be happy to answer them for you.
First time in 10years that we have been a Customer with 2 owned vehicles that are always serviced with them, that were treated VERY POORLY. We always schedule our appointments for service in advance a week or two in advance. We scheduled BOTH vehicles back to back, but at least that is how they did it. we dropped off our truck and 24 hours later, we go to pick it up and drop off the other vehicle. BUT ONLY TO FIND OUT , THEY DID NOT TOUCH THE FIRST VEHICLE. NO PHONE CALL WAS MADE to either one of the owners and YES phone #'s... read more

Weber is a great place to purchase a car. The first one i had found was sold and by the time i got in touch with **** he had found me another close to what i was looking for. He made sure everything was done on the car and got me a great rate compared to the other lender that was giving me a higher rate. I really appreciated the extra steps he took. I"m happy with my car and the service i got. Would tell anyone to go there and get a fare deal.
I am so grateful for the patience and low pressure sales tactics, yet stellar attentiveness and customer service skills of the entire sales team @ Weber Chevrolet in Creve Coeur. I am not ready to buy a vehicle until my new home closes, but ********************* was incredibly understanding, and was so helpful that I will not only be back to purchase my new vehicle; I have told numerous others about my experience.
