This pest control service made a stressful situation much easier. The technician was polite and took time to answer all our questions. The treatment worked faster than expected. Communication before and after the visit was excellent. Everything felt very professional. I would use them again without hesitation.
We manage a large corporate office, and I was impressed by the professionalism of this pest control team. They handled a small cockroach issue quickly and discreetly. Chris was very organized and respectful of our workspace. Employees appreciated how unobtrusive the process was. The issue was completely resolved within days. This pest control company services my apartment complex. (In euless). I was on my way out of my apt while the pest control guy was coming in. I let him know the situation and he said he would spray and inspect. I said ok great and left. I went to my neighbors apt which is a 45 second walk in the neighboring building and guess who I see walking out of my apt? The PEST CONTROL GUY! So you mean in 45-60 seconds this guy treated and inspected a 1,277 sq ft apt? I think not!!! This is not the first time either. Everyone complains... read more
🚫🚫DON'T USE THIS COMPANY🚫🚫 Their employees are thieves!!! I live at the Thornbury At Chase Oaks and my complex uses this company. They were in my apartment today 9/26/18 between 8am-5pm while I was gone at work and THEY STOLE FROM ME!!! Which I have ON CAMERA!! I am so pissed...
