Had my car serviced for a recall on Wednesday then on Saturday driving to Wilmington IL I heard a strange sound which turned out to be the wind cowl ( I believe this is what it is called) under the engine, the middle piece of the 3 piece attachment was missing all the bolt fasteners causing it to flap in the wind. (I was on RT 394 doing 55 miles an hour) Called Webb to be told to either tie it up myself or drive it until it fell off. Then come in when I got back home. Just recently bought a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. Absolutely love the vehicle. Salesman Cameron was really informative, and he told me tons about the features and options. When I went in to purchase, Cameron was busy with another customer, but he set me up with another sales rep to go over the car and final details.
