Friendly. Dr. Webb took his time and actually listened to what I needed. I’ve worn glasses for 50 years and he is one of the best doctors I’ve had in my lifetime.
Dr. Webb is an excellent eye Dr who goes beyond just the normal exam for contact's. Now, on the other hand the dark haired young lady needs more training. I asked her before leaving home if the copay was the same and she said yes. When I got there I was charged a $60 fitting fee. I have never been charged a fitting fee in the 20 yrs I have had this insurance. I can't say enough good things about the Dr and the ppl working the showroom.
