I recently purchased a 2020 Chevy Traverse. What started out as a terrible experience due to some issues with my previous 2019 Traverse ended very well. Working with Mike (the GM) and Jim Cesi I was able to get into a new vehicle without additional cost to me. They stood behind their vehicles and made a bad situation right. Absolute worst experience ever. Called this morning to verify a vehicle was there and schedule test drive, also notifying them I was driving 2 hrs and 45 minutes from Springfield. Was called back by Jason Nowakowski verifying my appointment and that the vehicle would be up front waiting for me. As I pulled into the parking lot there is no vehicle in sight and I have a text message and phone message saying the vehicle had been sold. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with! DO NOT purchase or bring your vehicle in for service here! I bought a chevy traverse from them in the middle of November. Not even 6 months i to having the truck the transmission failed on me while I was driving!! I brought it into this dealership since I bought it here on May 1. It took them 6 weeks to fix my vehicle.
