Showed up as instructed at 730 to drop off vehicle and was told you don't go 12 miles to my work. This was arranged yesterday. Also your computers are down so you can't do anything. ALSO only mechanic was there so nobody could do anything and we had to wait. Why is your dealership so full of broken cats? Darcy, and Greenway are wide open!!!!! All Patti told me was what you couldn't do. Everyone in that shop seems so stressed out and bitter. You guys wasted a lot of my time!!!
