Web Brothers resolved our issue, and it was satisfactory to both parties. It turns out we have a major major problem with the USPS! So, I am changing my review, as this company definitely stands behind their service.
Customer service is always respectful, courteous and willing to help with questions/concerns. The men on the truck that comes to my neighborhood are fast, hard-working and always return the trashcans back where they got them. They will even wave to the little ones who like to stand and watch them work! Thanks for the great service, Webb Brothers!

GREAT company. I've lived in Dale city for 31 years and have used probably every trash service in the area. I had one that wouldn't pick up stuff they dropped on the ground, another that just threw the can back towards the curb wherever they pleased. When I called these companies about their employee's practices, they made excuses. Then I had one company that was pretty good, but refused to take a lot of things that wouldn't fit into the trash.
