Used to be a good place to order oem parts. Not more.. Ordered some parts on July 31st 2025, was told it'll be here on Monday Aug,4.2025. And they'd give me a call,. Tried calling for status update. Apparently my phone got blocked...?

I need to update this review. I've never encountered issues like this at any dealership before. I was called into the office to pick up our license plate, only to be told that I had to pay an additional $30 for it. The finance manager even assured us that everything was covered in the final signing. This is very unacceptable. Post 7/12 :This is our fourth visit here.
