I pay my rent late every month, but it's by the date on paper and I pay 60$ late fee.. This month he refused my money order on the day of payment and is kicking myself and 3 kids out.. They have raised rent twice since August. Had to clean out, paint, and lay flooring myself before I could move in. Been here 2yrs and this is how they do people.👎Bad Business..
