Worthless! Do Not waste your time or money. After setting up the service they could not even get my business name right. The program is hard to use and the support is terrible. Such a waste of time and money. Save yourself from the hassle and do not even sign up for free trial!
Ive been using it for 8 years and never had a problem EVER . The tech support team is awesome and the cost is worth every penny . i pay $125 a month , ya cant beat that . and Matt Shanks is awesome to deal with so if your thinking about getting it ask for him . and the Mobile app is great as well .
Very unhappy. Been trying to get a hold of them they keep saying they’re going to get back to me keep charging my card. I called eight months ago to cancel and they said they will take care of it. They’ve been charging me for almost a full year and did not use the account once did not notice that they were charging me when the account was supposed to be closed do you want do not want to refund me my money back very dishonest people like the other guy said do not give them your credit card
Dishonest folk canceled a year ago they kept charging for 11 months I emailed them they kept charging Dont give them a credit card or bank account number. I lost over $1400.00 Software is also Buggy they tried to fixed it but never worked right. super nice sales staff but some part prices and times were not accurate either.I think Its owned by an Insurance group!!!
