Both my dentist and his backup were on vacation when I thought I had cracked a molar. Weaverville Family Dentistry fit me in to their next appointment slot and did an examination, even though I had never been a patient. Wonderful folks and I truly appreciate the care they showed me.
The only negative was I was waiting over 20 minutes to be seen though the Starbucks card was a very nice reward. The hygienist was friendly and quite proficient. Able to do cleaning with no pain from that water thingy that is used. Very pleased with visit.
We chose this office for our daughters because we love the personal attention. We have been with this office for two years and appreciate that their approach is conservative and evidence based. They strive to keep our daughters in good dental health through proactive, preventive practices. Our girls love to go here and I appreciate that it is focused on health not gimmicks and too many toys.
1st time to this dentist after moving from Cleveland, Ohio. I highly recommend this practice. Very professional and the people are wonderful. Had a great experience. Halle was so pleasant and Kathy did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Merrell was great to deal with as he was professional and caring.

The moment I walked into the office I was greeted with a beautiful smile and a friendly hello. Everyone in the office was very eager to make me comfortable. Jerry was exceptional in making sure I was ok at all times. The work for the crown was so much easier than I expected. Dr. Merrell and Jerry both were so kind and gentle. Thank You!!
I have been going to Dr. Merrill for several years. Everyone from the receptionist all the way to Dr. Merrill are all very friendly and knowledgeable. First class service.
This practice is over-the-top in customer care. The whole staff from the receptionist, to the hygienist clear to Dr. Jill are smiling, engaging, and good listeners, The practice is pro-active in preventive care so you won't get into heavy expense down the road, if possible. My appointment was near lunchtime and they were running late. I was kept waiting 15 minutes, so they gave me a Starbucks gift card. Can you believe that?!
