RecommendedVery positive. We ended up with 31 in our party. It was a brunch for 50th class reunion from Dunlap High School. Called in reservation month ahead of time. They kept in touch with me up through the event. Very professional.
The course is fun, and as long as you’re in the fairway it’s score-able. Sure, it’d be nice to have fluffy soft manicured sand traps, but for $50 this is bar one the best deal of public courses in town. The layout of the course presents a challenge requiring course management and hitting your targets. BUT fix your back marks and sand the divots you hackers!
We had a surprise wedding ceremony for our family. Kally and the Weaver Ridge staff were a joy to work with. They understood the complexity of what we were trying to do and they made it happen perfectly. Kally saw my vision and decorated everything just the way I would have. The family was suprised and the ceremony was perfect. The dinner afterwards was excellent and we never wanted for anything. Our glasses were always full and the food was hot and served just right. Big kudos to Kally and the staff!!

Course in in horrible conditions. I would have appreciated clubhouse informing me of conditions or at least responding when I sent message to voice my disappointment. I recommend you play other local courses that are half the price and every bit as nice. I wouldn't suggest you waste your money

Sorry for your bad experience. We had the course open on January 5 & 6 at $36 with a cart. The goal was to get people out. We had not had an opportunity to get equipment on to the course to do maintenance due to freezing conditions. I would think that golfing in Peoria Illinois in January most players would know what to expect.
Good food, friendly wait staff and nice surroundings.
