Nice hilly contour. Love the raised tee boxes. Great play before the leaves fall!
I had my wedding ceremony and reception at Weaver Ridge in August 2015. Scott was awesome to work with and the day couldn't have gone any better!
The only bad thing about the course is the bunkers. They were bad last year and this year they're much worse. Almost all are virtually unplayable. They're either mud or hard as a rock. I damaged a wedge on a hidden rock in one of them this year. We've taken to just not playing out of most of these. The course is in great shape for the most part. Which is why it's such a shame that the bunkers are just absolutely horrible. They either need to be replaced or just filled in. I understand it's costly to maintain this many bunker... read more

As the Golf Professional at WeaverRidge the main complaint about the course that I hear is about the bunkers and I certainly agree that we have some bunkers that need attention. The USGA has taken the stance that bunkers are a hazard and should be penal. You may now remove stones from bunkers because many golf courses have been encouraged to stop wasting money on bunkers. We have discussed the cost of new liners and replacing the sand. I am on the side of making the bunkers great. That makes it a lot easier to play. To answe... read more
