Always helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Great people always know us by name. And they love our kids and treat them like their own.
I have had a storage building here for the last 3+ years. Celeste has been great she has loaned us a dolly when we need it. She has been very helpful and tries to make renting from her pain free. the place is kept very clean and I have been there very late at night without worrying about my safety. I would recommend this storage location to friends and family.
I really regret doing business with this place. The office manager Celeste is rude and incapable of dealing with the public. I was locked out of my storage unit after an additional $9 charge was declined on my card for a Uhaul rental. This woman also caused trouble at my work by calling and having emails sent. ALL OVER $9 DOLLARS!!!
Weaver pike mini storage is the best. The staff are helpful n caring. I'm grateful to have my things secured in a place where people still care about helping others!
Will never go back again. Hire people who are capable of doing the job.
