Rude and Obnoxious to Customers – I just checked out Weaver Motorsports for the first time recently. The conversation with the Weaver "salesman" started off weird with him ranting about people who took test drives without being serious shoppers. (This didn't describe me, but maybe he thought it did.) It almost sounded like he expected people to buy the car first and test drive it second. We would not be foolish enough to assume that a customer would buy a car before test driving. Our policy is to get a little information from our customers before going straight to the "test drive". These items include finances, trades involved, price reductions we can offer, copy of driver's license, test drive permits, etc. We hate to think that this process poses a problem or offends a potential customer but unfortunately we cannot please everyone in every instance.
