We had a hog processed at the facility. The lady helping me over the phone was more than helpful and very kind in dealing with my indecisiveness. This is the best tasting pork we have ever processed! My husband picked up at the facility and stated many times how clean it was!
Great bacon at a great price. Doesn’t cook down to nothing.
Bone 🦴 in Ribeyes yummy along with Morels, Cold beer and Cardinal baseball! Priceless!
I walked my Weaver Meats Prime rib bacon across the street to the Kansas Street Deli to combine two glorious things. If Calista adds it to the menu feel free to name it the Katie. 😉
Visited the shop this last Saturday and bought a couple of wonderful grass fed T-Bones and some Jalapeno/Pepper Jack Brats. Both were AWESOME!
